I am available from 10:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Work can be completed outside of these hours upon request (this may incur additional charges).

Standard turn-around time is 24-72 hours from when the job request and all information/materials to complete the job is received. This is only an estimate as turn-around time depends on a number of factors, including the size and complexity of the job and my availability. A more accurate estimate will be provided on the receipt of the job request.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,  Discover and PayPal.  We also take credit payments over the phone.

You can, however you end up with is a plain out of the box WordPress blog. It’s as plain as they come and only has one useful plugin installed. Our WP setups contain many extras so you a can have a more successful experience. Even if you understand the basics and knew how to configure all of the plugins and tools it could take you several hours if not days to install properly. Our packages are designed for the blogger who doesn’t want the hassle of dealing with all of the technical stuff involved with blogging..

Yes. View our WordPress maintenance packages for details and pricing.  Our WordPress setup package includes two full hour of support, training and help with additional configuration. Since some plugins and themes require additional set up, we offer added support for those who would like personal help. Should you like consultation or technical support consider adding one of our WordPress support plans to your package.

You can easily cancel your subscription at any time by simply logging in to your account and canceling your subscription.

Yes. A minimum of two (2) hour will be charged for all jobs, and then in 30 minute increments thereafter..

We take Visa, Mastercard or Discovery or you can use Debit or Credit Card using PayPal. Details will be included on your invoice.

Yes. A discount is offered to those clients who wish to commit to our services on an ongoing basis. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
